At Carencro Rentals, we offer lots and mobile homes for rent. Please go to the application page to apply. If you are wishing to rent a lot in the mobile home park, please note that information on the application. All mobile homes have to be less than five years old in order to move into the park. Most spots available are for 16x60 or 16x70 mobile homes.

We are excited that you would like to put in an application for an available unit. The mobile home park is locally operated and like to offer families a nice place to live during the rental season of their lives. A manager will go over applications and begin returning calls as soon as the unit is available for showing. Though not always, the process of going through applications may take a week or longer.
